It is a memorable event today 30th November, 2016, as The Emir of Iwo, OBA ABDUL RASHEED ADEWALE AKANBI ILUFEMILOYE TELU I presents himself at an occasion organized by the Federation of Iwo Land Student Union (FILSU), OSUN STATE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, ILESA CHAPTER.

Federation of Iwoland Students Union (filsu) Ilesa chapter is celebrating the Launching of FILSU MAGAZINE AND CONFERMENT OF AWARD.

Present at the event are; Mrs. Abidemi Adeyeye the Acting provost of the Osun State College of Education Ilesa, Alhaji Fatai Akinade Akinbade the former SSG Osun State represented by Hon Kunle Oyinlola, Professor Abduljeleel Oguntola Alamu former VC Osun State University duly represented by someone delivered the first lecture the director student Affairs Dr. Tayo Akanmu, Iwoland indigene living in Ilesa, cow slaughters & some other personalities, they all hailed the king while the Acting provost said Oluwo of Iwoland is the first among monarchs to visit the school on student organized occasion, Oluwo of Iwoland who was there in a grand style.

The President of the Federation of Iwoland Student Union under the governance of Barr. D. A. Akanni (a.k.a. The Law) in his speech, expresses his profound gratitude to all the people that present at the occasion most especially to theKing, Oluwo of Iwoland, The acting Provost Mrs. Adeyeye, the former VC Osun State University, among others for creating time for the students out of their tight schedules to honour their invitatisaid

According to Mr. Olayemi Olaleye popularly known as MR. BUBBLE ABAMI ON F. M., "Oluwo of Iwoland OBA DR ABDUL RASHEED ADEWALE AKANBI launched the Magazine & awarded presentation at the event. In his speech he preached against immorality among students and urged every so call leaders to serve their people, the King in his words said that leadership isn't about creating phobia but service to humanity. He advised the younger ones to have a developmental focus & be self determined. He (Oluwo of Iwoland) implore our leaders to imbibe outsourcing services in industrialization". He said.

The Oluwo of Iwo among other dignitaries in the occasion was presented an award as The Golden King of the Generation*, Prince MSA Adedimeji as the *filsu national student of the year* Prof Oguntola J Alamu also bagged an award including Hon Amere, Alh Abdugafar Alani & host of others.

The Federation of Iwo Land Students Union (FILSU), Osun State College of Education (OSCOED), Ilesa Chapter under the tenure of Barr. D. A. Akanni sets to launch their Magazine "The Parrot" (Iwo Legend) and The Conferment of Awards.

The Program which demands the presence of notable personnels including His Eminent, OBA ABDUL RASHEED ADEWALE AKANBI, Oluwo of IwoLand and the President, Iwo Traditional Council of Obas, Prof. Abdul-Jeleel Oguntola Alamu (Vice Chancellor, Osun State University), Alh. Daood Imraan Molaasan, Alh. Akinade Akinbade, Hon. Akintayo Ameere, Dr. O. M. Akanmu, Alh. Olufemi I. Adebayo among others, sets to unveil the said Magazine on 30th November 2016, at the Early Childhood Hall, OSCOED Ilesa Osun State.

The said program is the first of its kind among the students in the town.
